Easter Seals Arkansas will host a special showing of the movie War Eagle,
Arkansas on September 25, 2008 at the new Chenal 9 Theater at 7:30 pm. A
Green Room pre-party will be held at the home of Judy Tenenbaum before the
movie at 5:30 pm. The producer of War Eagle, Arkansas, Vince Insalaco, will
be on hand for a post production wrap-up discussion with champagne and
chocolates following the movie.
Filmed in a small Arkansas town, War Eagle, Arkansas is the coming of age
story of the strong friendship between two boys with disabilities. One of
the boys has Cerebral Palsy and is in a wheel chair and the other has a
difficult time communicating because of stuttering. Together, the pair takes
on the challenges of growing up in rural Arkansas; overcoming obstacles and
achieving their goals.
